Almost all our items are custom-made when ordered. Our design team and laser cutters can take up to 1 week to design, craft and create your one-off piece.
Most of our products ship from Canada so delivery times will vary by country. Canada & US generally take a week. UK & Europe can take up to 2 weeks. Everywhere else may take up to 2-3 weeks to ship.
We want happy customers so have a great refund and exchange policy. Non-personalized items are refundable once returned*. Personalized items can be returned for store credit or exchange.
EU orders: Prices do not include local VAT, customs duties or carrier handling fees. These charges may be collected by your local postal service or courier before delivery.
