International Duties & Taxes

We ship worldwide from Canada.

Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST, customs processing fees, or brokerage charges. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total unless otherwise stated.

Orders shipped within Canada are domestic shipments. Applicable sales taxes are calculated and collected during checkout.

You will not pay any additional import charges.

🇺🇸 United States

Great news! All U.S. orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).

This means all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs charges are prepaid by SassyBirds, so you won't be asked to pay any additional fees when your order is delivered.

Australian customs may assess GST or other import charges depending on the shipment and current regulations.
